All papers submitted to a special session must comply with paper submission and publication guidelines and will be reviewed according to the review procedure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Workshop proposals are also solicited. A workshop should focus on a specific theme related to the main conference topics. The proposal (up to 2 pages) should describe the theme and scope of the workshop and contain workshop chair(s) bio and contact information and a tentative list of workshop program committee members.
