Privacy statement

The Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology Osijek processes and protects all submitted personal data and manages it in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1–88), and applicable national legislation governing personal data protection.

The event organizer is committed to treating all personal data collected through event registration (such as names, surnames, and email addresses) confidentially and ensuring appropriate safeguards to prevent unauthorized disclosure. These data will be handled solely by authorized personnel of the organizer. By registering for the event, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of preparing attendance lists, sending event notifications, and promotional activities on the official website and social media channels of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology Osijek. Participants, as data subjects, have the right to request access to, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing of their personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time by contacting sst-conference@ferit.hr.

By registering for the event or signing the attendance list, each participant consents to being photographed, recorded, and broadcast, and agrees that such photographs and recordings may be published on the official website and social media channels of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology Osijek.
